How Griffon Agrotech handles the information you share through this website and the systems we run for our clients.
What we collect
- From this website: what you type into our forms (name, business, phone, email and your message) and the country your request came from. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies here. The product video loads from YouTube, in its privacy-enhanced mode, only when you press play.
- In client systems: sign-in details, and the business records your organisation enters, such as farmers, plots, crops, harvests, quality checks, stock, invoices and payments.
- Technical data: device, browser and IP address, used to keep systems secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry or application.
- To run, support and improve the systems we build for you.
- To send updates and notices about those systems.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or trade personal information. We share it only:
- with providers who host and run our services, such as our hosting and email providers;
- with others in your value chain, when you choose to;
- when the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and access to each client system is limited to the people that client invites. Please keep your sign-in details to yourself.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we're in conversation with you. Client records are kept for as long as the client uses the system, or as the law requires for business records.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information, limit how we use it, or withdraw consent for sharing. Write to info@griffonagro.com.
